Ammonia Refrigeration Construction Manager
Location: Based out of Fruitland, Idaho

We’re hiring a Construction Manager who knows their way around job sites, can lead crews, and understands what it takes to get refrigeration projects across the finish line—on time and on budget. Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems moves you to the front of the line.

Main Responsibilities:
Take charge of industrial refrigeration construction jobs from start to finish
Lead the crews—subs, tradesmen, and field staff—and make sure the work is getting done safely and correctly
Keep the job on schedule and within budget
Communicate with customers, vendors, and engineers to keep everyone on the same page
Stay on top of safety, quality, and code compliance
Troubleshoot issues and keep the work moving
What You’ll Need:
Experience running jobs—ideally 5+ years in construction, preferably around industrial refrigeration
Ammonia system experience is highly preferred
OSHA 30, Ammonia Safety, or any trade certifications are a plus
Strong leadership and jobsite organization
Ability to read plans, solve problems on the fly, and keep people accountable
