Dean's role as Service Manager for Utah is based on his successful client relationships, more than a decade working in the ammonia refrigeration industry, and his background is in HVAC mechanical systems, starting at age 15! He's known for his problem-solving skills and addressing mechanical challenges, and for ensuring around-the-clock service from his team. His past role with Cascade Energy has given him invaluable experience in conducting energy audits and making recommendations for fine-tuning systems to operate at peak efficiency. When he's not working, Dean enjoys mountain snowmobiling, jet boating on Idaho’s rivers, and all motorsports with his family.
